OYSTER STUFFING 
1 dozen oysters
2 1/2 c. bread cubes
1 rib celery, chopped
1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 tbsp. melted butter

Rinse oysters and chop; reserve liquid. Combine ingredients; add oysters. Drizzle melted butter over top, stirring to mix evenly.

Use little milk to moisten stuffing as needed. Bake in casserole at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
