CINNAMON COFFEE 
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. instant coffee
2/3 c. granulated sugar (or equivalent in artificial sweetener)
2/3 c. powdered milk or coffee creamer

Mix ingredients in a blender until they form a fine powder; store in a covered container at room temperature. To use, put approximately 2 rounded teaspoons in a cup and fill with boiling water. You can also add 1 teaspoon cocoa for a different flavor.
