YAM BAKE 
1 (20 oz.) can yams, drained
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
6 tbsp. butter
1 (13 oz.) can milk

Topping:

6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. pecans
1 c. corn flakes

Pour yams into large bowl and mash or beat with electric mixer. Add sugar, eggs, butter and milk. Stir until well blended. Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

While baking, mix topping ingredients. Top baked yams and bake another 15 minutes.

Serves 12.
