CORN PUDDING 
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. cream style corn
8 oz. whole kernel corn, drained
1 stick melted butter
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 Jiffy corn muffin mix

Mix corn, butter and sour cream; add eggs, stir in muffin mix. Bake in shallow pan 8 x 8 inch for regular recipe, 13 x 9 inch for double recipe. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes for regular and 50 minutes for double.
