SAUSAGE STRATA 
10 slices white bread, cubed with crusts off
1 lb. cooked sausage, drained
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
6 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 c. light cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. fresh or canned mushrooms

Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Arrange in layers the bread, sausage, cheese and mushrooms. Combine the rest of ingredients and pour over the top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, covered. Serves 8.
