BANANA-WALNUT MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. walnuts, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. mashed bananas (ripe)
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
1 egg
2 1/2 tbsp. milk

Mix flour, sugar, nuts, soda and salt in large bowl. Mix bananas, butter, egg and milk together and add to dry ingredients. Mix slightly to blend.

Bake 25 minutes at 350°F.

Makes 12 muffins.
