SKROODLES CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. (2 c.) Skroodles noodles
3-4 tbsp. butter
1 c. finely chopped onions
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1 c. finely chopped celery
Salt & pepper to taste
1 oz. Parmesan cheese, grated

Cook noodles as directed on package; drain. Place butter in frying pan. Add onions and fry slightly. Add ground beef and fry, stirring until nearly done. Add tomato soup and celery. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover pan and let simmer about 15 minutes. Stir drained noodles into tomato/beef mixture. Add Parmesan cheese, mixing thoroughly. Serves 6.
