HAWAIIAN MEAT BALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
2/3 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 chopped onion
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/3 c. flour

Combine first 5 ingredients and shape small balls; roll in flour and brown in shortening. Drain fat. Pour sweet and sour sauce over meat and simmer at least 15 minutes.

SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE:

1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. pimento

Drain pineapple; measure syrup and add water to make 1 cup liquid. Blend cornstarch in next 4 ingredients and cook until thick and clear. Add pineapple, pimento and green pepper. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
