4 qts. popped corn (light salted)
2 c. honey roasted peanuts
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter

Place popcorn in large bowl. Melt butter and chocolate over low heat. Remove mixture from heat and stir in peanuts. Pour the mixture over popcorn and stir to coat kernels. Spread on wax paper, let cool, break into bite size pieces.
