SANDWICH SPREAD 
1 lb. green peppers, remove seeds
1 lb. red peppers, remove seeds
1 qt. onions
4 qts. green tomatoes
3/4 c. salt
4 c. sugar
1 qt. vinegar
1 qt. mayonnaise
1 pt. French's mustard (or less)

Cut up vegetables and put through food chopper. Add salt and let stand overnight. In morning, drain well. Put in a large pot. Add sugar and vinegar. Boil for 45 minutes; let cool. Add mayonnaise and mustard. Mix well. Pour into hot sterile pint jars and seal.
