ORANGE SHERBET FRUIT MOLD | |
1 (20 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained (use some juice) 1 (16 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained (use some juice) 2 bananas, sliced 1 (3 oz.) orange Jello 1 (3 oz.) lemon Jello 1 c. boiling water 1 pt. orange sherbet, softened Prepare fruit. Combine fruit (pineapple, oranges and bananas); set aside. In medium saucepan, combine gelatin and boiling water. Stir over low heat until dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in sherbet until thoroughly blended. Fold in prepared fruit. Pour into a 6 cup mold. (Green Tupperware fills to top.) Chill until firm. |
