CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. diced cooked chicken
1/2 c. water (use to rinse soup can)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. celery, chopped
Crushed potato chips
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated

Mix above ingredients except potato chips. Put mixture in greased baking dish. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
