CHICKEN CHEESE CASSEROLE 
Skinned chicken breasts
Mozzarella cheese shredded
1 can mushroom soup and 1 can cream of chicken soup with 1/3 c. vermouth
Croutons or Durkee onions for top

Mix soups. Pour over chicken breasts top with cheese and croutons. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve with rice or noodles.
