STRAWBERRY SOUP 
1 1/2 pts. fresh, sugared strawberries
2 pts. sour cream
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. sherry

Put strawberries into blender along with sour cream and mix. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Serve this soup after it has been chilled very well. You can garnish with small slices of fresh strawberry if you prefer. Serves 10.
