CHRISTMAS STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix, no pudding
1 c. oil
1/2 c. water
4 eggs
1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
1/2 c. juice from sm. pkg. frozen strawberries

Soften Jello in water. Combine other ingredients and blend together in mixer for at least 4 minutes. Bake in three 9 inch pans for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1/2 stick soft butter
1 box confectioners sugar
1 sm. pkg. frozen strawberries

Cream butter and sugar; add drained strawberries until the mixture reaches the spreading stage. No coloring is needed.
