2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring butter, cocoa, and water to a boil. Pour over sugar, flour, soda, and cinnamon. Add buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla. Bake in a large, long cookie sheet with sides for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Pan should be approximately 13x17 inches long.

ICING:

1 stick butter
6 tbsp. buttermilk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 box 10X powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring butter, buttermilk and cocoa to a boil. Pour over powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix well with wire whisk. Pour over chocolate shortcake.
