SPINACH NOODLES AND HAM | |
16 oz. spinach noodles 4 c. oil and vinegar dressings 4 oz. mushrooms, thinly sliced 1 lb. smoked ham, thinly sliced 2/3 c. grated Romano cheese Cook noodles according to package directions, being careful not to overcook. Drain. In a large bowl combine dressings and mushrooms. Add warm noodles; toss to coat. Cut ham into strips the same width as the noodles. Add to noodles and toss. Add cheese and mix well. Serves 6. This is a great holdover dish for any late comers to dinner. |
