EASY-TO-MAKE BREAD PUDDING 
2 tbsp. butter
4 slices bread
1 c. hot water
1 c. Pet milk
1-2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. sugar
Raisins (opt.)
Nutmeg & cinnamon

Lightly coat casserole dish with butter. Lightly toast bread. Break bread up into large bite size pieces. Combine remaining ingredients (hot water, Pet milk, eggs, sugar, raisins and cinnamon and nutmeg to taste) together. Pour mixture on top of bread pieces and let sit about 10 minutes. Put a pat of butter on top and sprinkle with cinnamon (lightly). Bake in oven at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until done (when knife comes out clean when inserted into pudding). Serves 3 to 4.
