SOUPY EGG | |
1 pkg. Ramen Noodle Soup Mix 3 eggs 1/8 c. milk Break up soup noodles in a bowl and add eggs and milk. Stir and let sit for about 5 minutes until noodles are soft. Heat frying pan and pour in and stir soupy egg mixture. Add 1/2 of soup spice seasonings and cook for about 4-5 minutes until firm. Serves two people. This would be great for breakfast or a quick snack. |
