PUMPKIN CHEESE CAKE 
Graham Cracker Crust:

2 c cracker crumbs
1/4 c sugar
1 stick of butter

Pat in spring form pan.

Bake 350°F for 8 minutes.

Filling:

1 c. sugar
3--8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
16 oz can of pumpkin
4 eggs

Beat cream cheese, sugar and spices. Add pumpkin, beat. Beat in eggs 1 at a time. Pour in crust.

Bake 300°F for 1 1/4 hours.
