DATE LOAF 
1 lb. marshmallows
1 lb. graham crackers
1 lb. dates
1/2 lb. walnuts

Cut dates, marshmallows and nuts. Add 1/2 pint cream. Mix and shape into a loaf. Refrigerate overnight if possible. Slice and serve with whipped cream. This was a popular dessert of 50 years ago in Iowa.
