HAMBURGER PARMESAN 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, turkey or chicken
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. unsifted flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. fine, dry, bread crumbs
3 tbsp. oil
6 slices Mozzarella cheese
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
1 (15 oz.) can spaghetti sauce
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

1. Mix ground meat with salt and pepper. Shape into patties about 1/2 inch thick.

2. Coat each patty with flour, dip into eggs, then coat with bread crumbs.

3. Brown patties in oil.

4. Arrange patties in a single layer baking dish, 13x9x2 inch.

5. Top each patty with a slice of Mozzarella cheese.

6. Place mushroom pieces on top of cheese, cover patties.

7. Top with spaghetti sauce.

8. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

9. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and cheese is melted. Yield: 6 servings.
