TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
1/4 lb. uncooked spaghetti, broken into 2 inch pieces
1 (12 oz.) jar turkey gravy
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 1/2 c. cubed cooked turkey
1/2 c. Half and Half or milk
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese and 1/4 c.
1 tbsp. dry sherry (optional)
Dash nutmeg
1/8 tsp. pepper (black)
Paprika

Cook spaghetti and drain. Combine gravy, mushrooms, turkey, Half and Half, 1/3 cup cheese, sherry and pepper. Mix well with spaghetti. Pour into 1 1/2 quart oblong baking dish. Top with 1/4 cup cheese and paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes, then serve.
