PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. quick oats
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/2 c. canned milk
3/4 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pour into 3 greased 8 x 4 pans.

Bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool on racks.
