VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 (16 oz.) pkg. French beans
1 (16 oz.) pkg. lima beans
3 green peppers, diced
2 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Layer well-drained and cook vegetables in casserole with peppers between layers. Salt and pepper each layer. Blend sour cream with mayonnaise. Spread on top of vegetables. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until heated. Serves 8-10.
