DOUBLE - DIPPED PORK CHOPS 
6 chops
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
Flour
Garlic powder
Salt
Pepper
Oil

Sprinkl e chops with garlic powder, salt and pepper; set aside. In a bowl large enough to put one chop in, mix eggs and milk. In another bowl same size, put about 1/2 inch of flour.

Coat chops with flour on both sides, pressing flour into the chop. Dip chop into the egg mix. Then coat with the flour again, pressing the flour into the chop. Fry in oil until done.
