DELUXE PORK CHOPS 
4 (4 oz.) pkg. chops
Salt and pepper to taste
3 sm. oranges
3 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. orange rind, shredded
1 tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. peanut butter

Season pork chops with salt and pepper; place on broiling pan coated with non- stick spray. Peel orange and segment it over bowl to catch juice. Add additional juice to make 3 tablespoons. Mix cornstarch with orange juice. In small saucepan, combine cornstarch mixture with orange rind and sugar; stir over low heat until thick and bubbly. Remove from heat. Meanwhile, preheat broiler and broil chops on one side until lightly browned. Turn and spread each chop with 1 teaspoon peanut butter. Broil until done. Fold orange segments carefully into heated cornstarch mixture to coat and arrange over chops. Return to broil just long enough to heat oranges.
