NIPPY PORK CHOPS 
6 lean pork chops
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. oil
1 can chicken rice soup
Prepared mustard

Spread pork chops with thin coating of mustard. combine flour, salt and pepper in a paper bag. Shake chops in bag to coat with flour then brown in melted fat. Place chops in baking dish. Pour soup over chops and cover. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
