KATE'S CASSEROLE 
3/4 lb. round steak, cubed
1 onion, chopped
2 c. sliced carrots
1 c. celery, cut in 1" pieces
2 - 2 1/2 c. tomato juice or V-8
Wide noodles
Salt, pepper, garlic as desired

Brown steak and onion in oil until brown. Add juice, carrots, celery and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Pour into baking dish. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve over cooked noodles. Juicy but good. Makes 4 servings.
