ORANGE BLOSSOM SALAD 
1 (24 oz.) Cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 (3 oz.) orange Jell-O

Mix dry Jell-O into Cottage cheese. Then add and mix other ingredients. Chill 12 hours.
