WV COFFEE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla pudding
1 pkg. pistachio pudding
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs

Combine first 3 ingredients; add water, oil, and eggs. Mix until make a stiff, sticky batter. Mix together 3 teaspoons cinnamon and 1 cup brown sugar.

Alternate batter then cinnamon/sugar in layers. Save a little cinnamon/sugar mixture to sprinkle on top. After all ingredients are in the pan swirl together and sprinkle on topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cut after completely cool to retain moistness.
