NAPA SALAD 
1 lg. head napa lettuce, shred fine

Drain on piece of paper towel. Refrigerate 2 hours or more.

In skillet brown lightly:

Only use the noodles from package - do not use the flavoring.

Then add: 1 sm. pkg. slivered almonds, chopped (1 pkg. = 1/2 c.)

Brown noodles, sesame seeds and almonds in the butter.

Add:

DRESSING:

1 c. oil
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar

Blend.
