FRENCH BREAD FILLING 
1 lb. grated cheese
1 onion, chopped
2 cans chopped olives
1 can Ortega chiles, chopped
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. tomato sauce
1/4 c. salad oil

Scoop out and fill 1 dozen hard rolls. Wrap in foil (can freeze). Bake 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees. Double for 2 dozen rolls. If you like, you can add ground cooked meat.
