QUICK FRIED PIES 
1 (10 count) can biscuits
Pkg. dried fruit of choice

Cook the fruit, adding enough sugar to suit taste, and just enough water to cover. Cook until tender. Let cool. Roll each biscuit to a thin round circle, then place a spoonful of the fruit on one side. Fold the other side over to make a half moon shaped pie. Crimp the edges with prongs of fork to seal, then fry in hot vegetable oil. Best when served hot.
