FRIED PIES 
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1 lg. can Pet milk
1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. vanilla
5 c. flour
4 bags dried fruit
1/2 stick butter
Sugar to taste

For crust, mix eggs, sugar, milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix in flour and work until stiff. Round up in greased bowl. Roll to saucer size. Keep on saucer filled with pie mixture. Soak dried fruit (apple or peach) for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Cook for 5 minutes in pressure cooker. Add 1/2 stick butter and sugar to taste. Use cornstarch to thicken if necessary. Fry in hot grease until golden brown. Make about 6 pieces to a bag of fruit.
