COCONUT BUTTERSCOTCH BARS 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. walnuts
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Mix flour, butter, and brown sugar; spread in pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix rest of ingredients well; spread on top of crust. Bake in slow oven 15-20 minutes at 300 degrees.
