1 to 1 1/2 lbs. fish fillet
1/2 c. red and green peppers chopped
1/3 Italian salad dressing (or diet Italian)
2 tbsp. minced cooked bacon bits

Parboil red and green peppers for just a few minutes and then drain and mix with the Italian dressing. Arrange fish fillets in a buttered baking dish, spoon dressing with peppers over them. Sprinkle bacon bits on top and bake in 450 degree oven until fish is just cooked through.
