SALOMI 
2 lb. lean ground beef
1 tbsp. mustard seeds
1/4 tbsp black pepper
2 1/2 tbsp. Morton's tender quik
1 c. water
1/4 tbsp. onion powder
1/4 tbsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tbsp. liquid smoke

Mix; divide into 3 logs and wrap in foil, shiny side out. Place in fridge for 24 hours. Puncture logs and place on broiler pan with 2-3 cups of water in bottom of pan.

Bake 300 for 90 minutes.
