DIRTY RICE 
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. ground chicken livers & gizzards
1 c. ground beef
1/2 c. ground onion & parsley
2 tbsp. butter

Saute beef, liver and gizzard mixture, onions and parsley in butter until onion is golden brown. Mix with cooked rice and season with salt and pepper. Should be well seasoned. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
