2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream or buttermilk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 stick butter
2 eggs
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased 11"x17"x1" pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Ice with below.

ICING:

1 stick butter
6 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa

Bring these ingredients to a boil, remove from heat and add:

1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar

Beat until it reaches spreading consistency. Spread over cake while cake is still warm.
