TANGY MARINADE | |
1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt 1 tbsp. each of prepared mustard, Worcester- shire sauce, and lemon juice 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tsp. dried herbs (thyme, oregano, savory, rosemary, etc.) Salt (or seasoned salt) coarse Black pepper to taste Combine ingredients and spread over lean beef top-round steak, flank steak, or cut-up frying chicken pieces. Cover and marinate 30 minutes at room temperature or several hours in the refrigerator. Leaving the mixture on the food, broil or barbecue until done. |
