OLD FASHIONED RICE PUDDING 
4 c. milk
1 c. Minute Rice
1 sm. box vanilla or coconut pudding & pie filling
1/4 c. raisins
1 egg, well beaten
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Combine milk, rice, pudding mix, raisins and egg in saucepan. Bring to full boil. Cool 5 minutes. Pour into individual dessert dishes. Sprinkle with spices. Serve warm. Makes 10 servings.
