CHEESE MUFFINS 
1 c. flour, all-purpose
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sour cream
1 egg
1/4 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. melted butter

Sift flour with dry ingredients and add cheese. Beat eggs into sour cream and stir into flour mixture. Fill greased muffin tin 2/3 full. Bake 25 minutes at 425 degrees. Last 10 minutes pour melted butter and extra cheese over top of muffins.
