HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. diced cooked chicken
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. grated onion
3 c. diced celery
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. slivered almonds
3/4 c. grated sharp cheddar
3/4 c. butter croutons

Combine all the ingredients except cheese and croutons and turn into a greased baking dish or casserole. Combine cheese and croutons and sprinkle over top. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes or until bubbly hot.
