SPAGHETTI PIE 
6 oz. spaghetti
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 c. sour cream
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
4 oz. tomato paste
1 c. water
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Break spaghetti in half. Cook in boiling water and drain. Combine spaghetti in eggs and Parmesan cheese. Pour into greased 10-inch pie plate and pat up and around sides of plate with a spoon to form a crust.

Melt butter, add onion and saute. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and spoon over spaghetti. Crumble and cook sausage. Drain. Add tomato paste and water to sausage. Simmer 10 minutes. Spoon over top of sour cream.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Arrange Mozzarella cheese on top and return to oven until cheese melts.
