EASY BEEF STROGANOFF | |
1 1/2 lb. beef for stew, cut into 1/8 in. slices 1 can cream of onion soup 1 c. sour cream 1 can mushrooms 1 can cream of mushroom soup Brown meat in 2 tablespoons butter. Reduce heat, add cream of onion soup and 1 can water. Cook over low heat for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Stir in sour cream, cream of mushroom soup and mushrooms. Warm and serve over cooked noodles. |
