AMBROSIA FIESTA 
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. flaked coconut
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
1 (8 oz.) whipped topping
1 (6 oz.) jar maraschino cherries

Drain oranges and pineapple. Place both in a medium size mixing bowl. Add powdered sugar to mixture and let stand 15 minutes. Add whipped topping and mix slightly. Add coconut and half of the remaining cherries, pecans. May be added if desired. Chill 3 to 4 hours or overnight before serving.
