“WINTER WARM-UP SPAGHETTI” IS IN:

WINTER WARM-UP SPAGHETTI 
1 lb. bulk Italian sausage
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 (8 oz. ea.) cans whole tomatoes, broken up
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, undrained
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper (optional)
1 pkg. spaghetti (Creamette is best)
2 tbsp. soft butter
grated Parmesan cheese

Brown sausage-onion-green pepper and garlic. Drain.

Add next six ingredients.

Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes. Prepare spaghetti according to package directions. Drain.

After draining, toss with butter. Serve spaghetti with sauce.

Sprinkle with Parmesan (8 servings).

I received this recipe YEARS ago. It is ABSOLUTELY the BEST spaghetti sauce I have ever had.
