TAPIOCA FRUIT SALAD 
2 sm. pkgs. vanilla tapioca pudding
1 can pineapple chunks
1 can mandarin oranges
3 bananas

Drain fruits, reserving liquids. Mix pudding and 3 cups juice from fruit (add water to make 3 cups). Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil. Cool. Add fruit.
