TAPIOCA FRUIT SALAD 
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
1 sm. can pineapple chunks
1 pkg. tapioca pudding
2 bananas

Drain juice from oranges and pineapple. Add enough water to make 1 1/2 cups. Add tapioca and cook until thickened. Cool. Stir in fruit and chill for at least 6 hours. Stir in sliced bananas before serving.
